13 year old complains of teeth that stick out due to a previous digit sucking habit.  Presents with a class II div I incisor relationship on a Skeletal II Base with reduced vertical proportions complicated by an 8mm OJ, retained upper e’s (5’s present), ¾ class II canine relationships, class I molar relationships, decreased and incomplete OB, slightly diminutive U2s and a reversed smile arc. Treatment was with fixed appliances and class II elastics for 18 months.
