13 year old complains of teeth that stick out presents with Class II/1 incisors on a Skeletal II Base with reduced vertical proportions. This is complicated by a 10mm overjet, lower lip trap, 3/4 II molars, and an increased overbite complete to palate. Patient was treated with an Medium Opening Activator, then fixed appliances for 22 months in total.
